Air America Media Restructures Sales Team

AIR AMERICA MEDIA has restructured its internal sales team into a new organization headed by the network's COO SCOTT ELBERG, who assumes the title of Chief Revenue Officer. VP of Sponsorship Sales ANGELA LOFTUS and VP/Dir. of National and Network Sales JOE KENEVAN are being joined by two new adds, former NATIONAL AD FORCE VP/Sales LORY GEORGE (as Dir./Digital Sales) and former KATZ MEDIA sales exec TERRY HOWARD (as Account Manager).
"AIR AMERICA MEDIA's goal in 2009 is to focus on listeners, readers and viewers, which will include a website redesign, the launch of an online video offering, and several on-air initiatives," said CEO BENNETT ZIER. "To supplement these efforts, we’ve increased our sales staff with the addition of senior sellers LORY GEORGE and TERRY HOWARD to the veteran sales staff already in place, including ANGELA LOFTUS and JOE KENEVAN. Additionally, COO SCOTT ELBERG will now be responsible for all revenue streams and growth for AIR AMERICA as our new chief revenue officer (CRO)."
