WIAC-F/San Juan Sold

MSG RADIO, INC. is selling Spanish Hits WIAC-F (TOCA DE TO 102.5)/SAN JUAN and boosters in PONCE and CEIBA to JESUS and LUIS SOTO's WIAC-FM, INC. for assumption of debt and expenses. The deal requires a waiver of FCC ownership caps based on ARBITRON market definitions; the SOTOS own 14 other stations on PUERTO RICO. MSG and the SOTOS have been operating under a Shared Services Agreement under which the station moved into the SOTO's SAN JUAN cluster facility since JANUARY.
In other deals filed with the FCC, BILBAT RADIO LLC is selling Hot AC WKPQ (POWER 105.3)/HORNELL, NY and two FM translators, W294AV/WELLSVILLE, NY and W294AW/DANSVILLE, NY to PRG LLC (PHOENIX RADIO GROUP) for $600,000 ($575,000 in a promissory note).
HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is selling FM translator K203EI/CENTERVILLE, IA to KCOG, INC. for $7.250. The buyer intends to use the translator to rebroadcast AC KCOG-A/CENTERVILLE and will apply to move the translator from the noncommercial part of the FM band to the non-reserved section.
And FOUR RIVERS COMMUNITY BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling W250AP/CARLISLE, PA to WIOO, INC. for $10,000. The buyer intends to rebroadcast Classic Country WIOO-A (COUNTRY GOLD 1000)/CARLISLE with the translator.
