DAVIDSON MEDIA GROUP is selling its 36 stations to SANJAY SANGHOEE's SS BROADCASTING HOLDINGS. The buyer is acquiring warrants with an aggregate amount of $2,076,024 through promissory notes issued to the seller's backers, including CAPSTREET II, L.P., CAPSTREET PARALLEL II, L.P., CITICORP NORTH AMERICA, BLACK ENTERPRISE/GREENWICH STREET CORPORATE GROWTH PARTNERS, MERCURY CAPITAL PARTNERS III, HILLMAN DMG, ASTRON SERVICES, INC., WILLIAM COHAN, and founder PETER DAVIDSON.
In other deals filed with the FCC, COMPADRES, LLC is selling Talk KVAN-A/BURBANK, WA-TRI CITIES to CENTRO FAMILIAR CRISTIANO for $500,000; and SHANNON J. CUMMINGS is selling the construction permit for FM translator W274AW/RENOVA, MS to LARRY FUSS' DELTA RADIO, LLC for $10.
