Receiver SCOTT SAVAGE is selling TAMA RADIO's Classic Rock WTHG (104.7 THE HAWK)/HINESVILLE-SAVANNAH to DICK POPE's WRGO-FM RADIO LLC D/B/A SAVANNAH RADIO for $700,000 plus an LMA before closing.
In other deals filed with the FCC, FOX BROADCASTING CO., INC. is selling Sports KREF-A/NORMAN-OKLAHOMA CITY to J. RANDAL LAFFOON's METRO RADIO GROUP, LLC for $350,000.
Trustee BRAD D. KRASNOFF has applied to take over the license of silent KGDP-A/ORCUTT-SANTA MARIA, CA from RADIO REPRESENTATIVES, INC. in Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The station's FM side was recently sold to the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.
