Gibson Cuts 50 Jobs In Nashville

The TENNESSEAN is reporting that due to economic challenges, NASHVILLE's GIBSON GUITAR has cut 50 jobs from its workforce. A company spokesperson said the layoffs do not not affect the company's manufacturing operations.
According to the report in the TENNESSEAN, the cuts were announced by the company on FRIDAY, MARCH 20th. GIBSON has been headquartered in NASHVILLE since 1984.
