TALK RADIO NETWORK host MICHAEL SAVAGE is one of the plaintiffs filing suit in the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of MICHIGAN against Homeland Security Secretary JANET NAPOLITANO and Attorney General ERIC HOLDER challenging NAPOLITANO's report alleging a danger of "right-wing extremism" arising from the economic troubles in the country.
The suit, filed through the THOMAS MORE LAW CENTER, claims that the policy "creates a chilling effect that violates the First and Fifth Amendments." The suit seeks a court declaration that the policy violates the plaintiffs' civil rights and asks for attorneys' fees and costs.
