Jacksonville Trio Sold By Receiver

FAMILY BROADCASTING, LLC, headed by JOSE A. POMALES, is buying JACKSONVILLE market trio Gospel-Talk WFJO/FOLKSTON, GA, Talk WHJX/BALDWIN, FL, and Talk WSJF/ST, AUGUSTINE BEACH, FL from SCOTT SAVAGE, receiver for TAMA BROADCASTING. FAMILY is paying $3.6 million for the trio ($1 million each for WSJF and WFJO, $1.6 million for WHJX).
In another deal filed with the FCC, IN HIS NAME, INC. is donating FM translator W260BW/EGG HARBOR CITY, NJ to WXXY BROADCASTING, INC.
In addition, RADIO METTER, INC.'s sale of Southern Gospel daytimer WMCG-A and Classic Hits WBMZ (THE BOOMER)/METTER, GA to HUBERT S. GRIZZLE's GO MEDIA GROUP, LLC for $1.1 million has been dismissed by the Commission.
