WLIB Summer Gospel Concert Series Set

INNER CITY BROADCASTING CORP. (ICBC) Black Gospel WLIB-A/NEW YORK has some of gospel’s biggest names scheduled to perform on this year’s free summer gospel concert series.

The concerts are sponsored in conjunction with the CITY PARKS FOUNDATION and GLOBESTAR MEDIA and feature the station’s own PM drive host HEZEKIAH WALKER along with SMOKIE NORFUL, TYE TRIBBETT, RUBEN STUDDARD, TRIN-I-TEE 5:7 and BYRON CAGE.

The series kicks off SATURDAY JUNE 13th and wraps up THURSDAY AUGUST 20th. “After such a successful debut bringing WBLS and WLIB into our area parks in 2008, I’m excited for a chance to return with artist line-ups throughout our parks that will rival last year’s concerts, which were a tremendous success,” said OM SKIP DILLARD. “We look forward to bringing the very best that WLIB and INNER CITY BROADCASTING have to offer.”
