Jelli Unveils 100% User-Controlled Radio, Partners With Live 105

JELLI, the first web service to enable 100% user-controlled radio, TODAY unveiled a social music offering that allows users to take over a radio station with their browsers. In addition, the company announced CBS Alternative KITS (LIVE 105)/SAN FRANCISCO will debut JELLI on SUNDAY, JUNE 28th during the station’s 10p-midnight programming block.
"Our vision is to bring the power of the web to the airwaves by creating 100% user-controlled broadcasting," said CEO/Co-Founder MIKE DOUGHERTY. "JELLI empowers individuals and communities to control traditional broadcast programming in a real-time, continuous manner using the web. We are excited to launch with an amazing station like LIVE 105, and in the BAY AREA which is home for so much web innovation."
