CN Radio Sells U.K.'s Touch Radio Stations

CN GROUP is selling five radio stations in ENGLAND's MIDLANDS to a new company, QUIDEM, headed by former GCAP MEDIA executives STEVE ORCHARD and WENDY PALLOT. The TOUCH RADIO stations in COVENTRY (96.2 TOUCH RADIO), RUGBY (107.1 RUGBY FM), STRATFORD-UPON-AVON, BURTON-LICHFIELD-TAMWORTH, and WARWICK are being sold for an undisclosed price.
CN is holding on to THE BAY/LANCASTER, LAKELAND RADIO/KENDAL, and CITYBEAT/BELFAST.
