The latest to sign on the dotted line for ARBITRON's PORTABLE PEOPLE METER (PPM) is STARCOM MEDIAVEST GROUP, one of the largest brand communications groups in the world. STARCOM MEDIAVEST places advertising buys for P&G, GENERAL MOTORS, KRAFT, and COCA-COLA.
