KY, OH Noncomms Change Hands; Journal Sells Two

24-7 BROADCASTING, INC. is transferring noncommercial WYNS/WAYNESVILLE, OH and the construction permit for noncommercial WKCX/CRITTENDEN, KY to WILLIAM J. SPRY's SPRYEX COMMUNICATIONS, INC.
WYNS is being sold for $1 and the construction permit for WKCX is being transferred for no consideration.
Journal Sells Two To Salt & Light
SALT & LIGHT RADIO, INC., an IDAHO non-profit corporation, has entered into an asset purchase agreement with JOURNAL BROADCAST CORPORATION and JOURNAL BROADCAST GROUP, INC. to purchase KGEM-A and KCID-A for $950,000, subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
Following the lead of several other successful regional Catholic Christian radio stations in PORTLAND, RENO, SALT LAKE CITY, SEATTLE, SPOKANE and WALLA WALLA, SALT & LIGHT RADIO plans to bring Catholic programming to THE TREASURE VALLEY.
