Triton Digital Acquires Enticent

TRITON DIGITAL, the largest provider of digital services to the radio industry with over 4300 affiliations and the digital operating unit of TRITON MEDIA GROUP, TODAY (8/18) announced that it expanded its presence in the loyalty marketing space by acquiring ENTICENT, INC.
ENTICENT and TRITON’S MASS2ONE MEDIA will combine to form a new TRITON DIGITAL operating unit, TRITON LOYALTY under President CHRIS BELL (formerly of ENTICENT), EVP/Operations Mike Becker (formerly of ENTICENT), and EVP/Audience Engagement TRACY JOHNSON (formerly of MASS2ONE).
