UNITED STATIONS RADIO NETWORKS (USRN) has signed an agreement to sell national network commercial time for TODAY’S BITS, a daily service that provides an audio and text to radio stations designed to enhance the on-air sound of its affiliates. The producers of TODAY’S BITS will continue to handle both the creation of the programming content as well as the affiliate relations and distribution of their proprietary content.
"There’s a continuing strong demand among our advertisers for quality weekday inventory, and the TODAY’S BITS lineup adds to the already impressive USRN portfolio of Comedy and Show Prep affiliates that count on this type of material for their weekday programming," UNITED STATIONS Pres./CEO JIM HIGGINS said.
"By improving and enhancing our ad sales stature through this association with UNITED STATIONS, we will be able to focus on growing our affiliate base as well as developing new ideas and services that can keep our product ahead of the pack," TODAY’S BITS' KEITH MCCULLOUGH added.
