Those long-delayed indecency fines by the FCC are about to be released, according to several sources at the Commission.
The paper says that the Commission is about to release its decision levying fines in about a half-dozen television indecency cases, including fining FOX for broadcasting the 2003 BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS in which NICOLE RICHIE blurted the "s-word."
The decisions are expected to be released in the next few weeks.
