Net radio company GOOM RADIO has reached agreement with all key publishing bodies and master rights holders to ensure compliance with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act for U.S. webcasters. The pact ensures that GOOM meets the basic webcaster requirements established by ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and SOUNDEXCHANGE.
"GOOM RADIO has seen a tremendous growth and developed a fan base in the European markets. We look forward to duplicating that success in the STATES," GOOM RADIO Founder/CEO EMMANUEL JAYR said.
"Now that we've confirmed that GOOM meets the standards dictated by the industry organizations, we look forward to developing marketing relationships with both major and independent record labels," added VP/Programming TIM HERBSTER.
