GEORGIA radio icon LESLIE FRAM was among the inductees into the GEORGIA RADIO HALL OF FAME this past SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17th. FRAM, currently the PD/morning co-host of Emmis Triple A/Rock hybrid WRXP (101.9 RXP)/NEW YORK, is best known for her 17 years at the late POWER 99/ATLANTA through its transition to Alternative WNNX (99X).
In honor of her recognition, FRAM also reunited TODAY with her former morning show mates at 99X -- STEVE BARNES and JIMMY BARON, who is now doing morning drive at CBS Triple A WZGC (Dave FM), also in ATLANTA. BARON joined on the phone with FRAM and BARNES for a few minutes as they reminisced about their days doing The Morning X.
The segment will re-air TOMORROW morning at 6a.
