Ditch Has A UFO Sighting
ALPHA BROADCASTING has named DITCH to take the programming reins of Active Rock KUFO/PORTLAND, OR, replacing CHRIS PATYK who you can find at christopherpatyk@mac.com, or (503) 724-9639.
DITCH, a 26-year broadcast veteran, comes to PORTLAND from SAN DIEGO, where he most recently spent five years as the afternoon-drive personality at CLEAR CHANNEL Classic Rock KGB. Prior to that, DITCH worked on the programming side as the APD/MD at BAHAKEL Classic Rock KILO/COLORADO SPRINGS.
In making the announcement, ALPHA Dir./Music Programming SCOTT MAHALICK commented, "DITCH has tremendous passion for rock; he’s a creative thinker, lives the lifestyle and really wants to win. I think he’ll fit in extremely well with the team we are assembling here at ALPHA/PORTLAND."
DITCH added, "Most of you reading this right now are saying, 'That lucky bastard' -- well, you’re right. I’m stoked to be here."
