'Scotty In The Potty' Helps Needy Kids In Tulsa

RENDA Top 40 KHTT (106.9 K-HITS)/TULSA host SCOTTY WYLDE's second annual "SCOTTY In The Potty" toy drive helped the SALVATION ARMY reach its local goal of toys for 11,400 children this year.
WYLDE lived in an outhouse for 50 straight hours THURSDAY through SATURDAY at the corner of 71st and Memorial, but that wasn't enough: A listener challenged WYLDE to one more day to help the SALVATION ARMY hit its target, so WYLDE ended up spending the day on a toilet 50 feet in the sky, perched on a billboard off I-44.
"Our listeners put up with my crap all year," WYLDE tells ALL ACCESS, "so 'SCOTTY In The Potty' is the least I can do."
