MULTICULTURAL BROADCASTING ended RATIONAL RADIO's leasing agreement with Progressive Talk KMNY (RATIONAL RADIO)/DALLAS last month, and is now back airing the HOUSTON-based BIZ RADIO business talk network. In addition, BIZRADIO has moved in HOUSTON from the network's own KTEK-A to ENTRAVISION Brokered Ethnic KGOL-A.
The stations will also air the ABA's DALLAS GENERALS and HOUSTON TAKERS, respectively, as part of a three-market deal between BIZRADIO, RON CRIDER's GLOBAL AMERICAN BROADCASTING NETWORK, and the minor basketball league. The league's TEXAS FUEL will air on BIZRADIO's KTMR-A/SAN ANTONIO.
"Both GAB and BIZRADIO are growing dramatically, adding stations nationwide regularly. In some ways, we parallel the ABA and its growth," said CRIDER. "We have wanted to add sports programming to our mix and feel that the ABA is an excellent choice. We are looking forward to working with the teams and the ABA."
