Shania Twain To Guest-Host CBC's 'Current'

Country star SHANIA TWAIN will guest-host CBC RADIO ONE's "THE CURRENT" on FRIDAY, talking about her "SHANIA KIDS CAN" charity for underprivileged children.  TWAIN will also interview QUEEN RANIA AL ABDULLAH of JORDAN about her 1GOAL education charity.

TWAIN recently carried the OLYMPIC torch as it passed through her hometown, TIMMINS, ON, on the way to VANCOUVER for the WINTER OLYMPICS. She is also scheduled to appear as a guest judge for auditions on "AMERICAN IDOL" later this month.
