When BCA RADIO took over the programing and management of FINEST CITY's former stations Urban AC XHRM, 91X, and XHTZ (Z90)/SAN DIEGO (NET NEWS 1/07), which pairs with BCA's Sports XEPRS (1090 XX SPORTS RADIO), Classic Hits XHPRS (1057 THE WALRUS) and Talker XEPE-A (1700), JACK EVANS is now overseeing them all as VP/Programming. 

EVANS told ALL ACCESS, "I'm thrilled to be working with JOHN LYNCH, a former competitor at KBCO & KRFX/DENVER. It's nice to be on the same team. I've long admired his career and his broadcast acumen. We have terrific facilities here and will be moving the FINEST stations into our facilities here in the next 60 days.
