WARNER MUSIC NASHVILLE has announced the promotion of BOB REEVES from National Promotion Dir. to VP/Promotion. In his new role, REEVES will continue to work with artists on WARNER MUSIC NASHVILLE Country labels, including ATLANTIC NASHVILLE, REPRISE and WARNER BROS. NASHVILLE.
"When I came on board and saw all of the terrific A&R team we had working to develop our wonderful roster of artists, I also saw that we have in BOB an incredibly talented executive with the breadth of experience and creativity to help us take WMN to the next level," said WMG Pres. JOHN ESPOSITO. "Throughout the course of his 20-year career, BOB has exhibited entrepreneurial initiative and has brought a very creative approach to getting the music of so many great artists to their fans. I look forward to working with him to drive even greater success for all of WARNER MUSIC NASHVILLE artists."
"Working with ESPO has been a great experience, so to now be asked to help re-shape our approach to radio promotions is an exciting challenge," said REEVES. "It's only been a few months since he established WMG's NASHVILLE operation but in that short amount of time he's done an amazing job establishing it as one of the most artist-friendly and innovative music companies in the NASHVILLE community. I look forward to helping him execute his unique vision for the future."
REEVES joined WARNER BROS. in 2006 after a stint at MONTAGE. He also spent many years at SONY/NASHVILLE.
