Look for the late MICHAEL JACKSON in the 25th anniversary remake of "We Are The World," which will debut on NBC as part of the opening ceremonies of THE OLYMPICS, reports MSNBC.
LIONEL RICHIE and QUINCY JONES, who, along with JACKSON, were the driving forces behind the original version in 1985, told ACCESS HOLLYWOOD’s SHAUN ROBINSON that "THE KING OF POP’s original vocals and footage would be used in the song and video. MICHAEL will appear posthumously in a split-screen with sister JANET JACKSON joining him."
"To have MICHAEL’s presence singing his part is the best gift we could ever get," RICHIE said. "His original image and him seeing his part."
