Brokered ORLANDO talk show host DOUG GUETZLOE is embroiled in a lawsuit brought against him and attorney FRED O'NEAL for their trademarking the term "Tea Party of FLORIDA" in the state.
The ORLANDO SENTINEL reports that 34 plaintiffs are listed in the federal suit, alleging that GUETZLOE and O'NEAL aren't really representatives of the Tea Party movement and that O'NEAL has implied that he would take legal action for use of the "Tea Party" name.
GUETZLOE airs his show on STAR OVER ORLANDO Religion WEUS-A/ORLANDO.
