Ex-Prosecutor Makes Ominous Call To WTKK's Graham

GREATER MEDIA Talk WTKK/BOSTON midday host MICHAEL GRAHAM received a threatening phone call from a former local prosecutor in response to GRAHAM's criticisms of the NORFOLK COUNTY prosecutors' office. The BOSTON HERALD reports that former NORFOLK COUNTY Assistant District Attorney JOHN KIVLAN left a message for GRAHAM during last FRIDAY's show saying "I just want to put you on notice that a repetition of statements that our office was corrupt or inept in not filing that charge won’t go unchallenged simply by a phone call if it’s repeated."
GRAHAM has been critical of the prosecutors who decided not to bring charges against college professor AMY BISHOP when she shot her brother to death in 1986; BISHOP went on to allegedly murder three colleagues at the UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA- HUNTSVILLE earlier this month after being denied tenure. Recent reports indicate that BISHOP, who police and prosecutors declined to prosecute for the shooting of her brother, had threatened an auto body shop worker and another man while fleeing the shooting, yet that information was not considered in the decision to let her go.
GRAHAM says that KIVLAN and his former boss, ex-D.A. WILLIAM DELAHUNT, are welcome to come on his show.
