Well, actually, it's not very easy at all, but the team at INTERSCOPE-GEFFEN-A&M has done it again, scoring the top-three spots on the MEDIABASE Top 40 chart.
At #3 this week, it's ORIANTHI "According To You;" at #2, THE BLACK EYED PEAS "Imma Be;" and (drum roll, please), clocking in at #1, a familiar name in that slot: LADY GAGA "Telephone."
Additionally, INTERSCOPE owns five of the top-10 spots on the chart, with LADY GAGA "Bad Romance" hanging in at #7 and TIMBALAND feat. JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE "Carry Out" at #9.
This feat has been accomplished once before, on JUNE 21st 2002, also by INTERSCOPE, when VANESSA CARLTON's "A Thousand Miles,” EMINEM’s “Without Me” and NO DOUBT’s “Hella Good” were #1, #2 and #3 for the label.
