GRUPO RADIO CENTRO, S.A.B. de C.V. shareholders approved a dividend of Ps. 100,000,000 (Ps. 0.614535380433443 per Series A share) at the company's shareholder meeting. The dividend will be paid on MARCH 24th to shareholders of record as of MARCH 23rd. In addition, the shareholders approved the company's current Board of Directors composition.

GRC operates Spanish Hits KXOS (EXITOS 93.9)/LOS ANGELES as well as 14 stations in MEXICO.
