The FCC has issued several Notices of Unlicensed Operation to pirate stations in the NEW YORK and BROCKTON, MA areas. The notices include letters to 400 REALTY MANAGEMENT for 97.5 FM in ORANGE, NJ; EASTMAN MANAGEMENT CORP. for 107.9 FM in LIVINGSTON, NJ; RONALD and JOHN TINGMAN for 107.9 FM in BROOKLYN; DAVID and MARIE DUCHATELLIER (90.9 FM in ELMONT, NY); JEAN PRICE CADET for 91.7 FM in BROCKTON, MA; PATRICK ST. MARTIN for 1710 AM in BROCKTON, MA; MARIO TURNER for 96.5 FM in BROCKTON; and DJOVANY PIERCE for 96.5 FM in BROCKTON.
Also hit with Notices of Unlicensed Operation were LOUIS P. DESIRE (104.3 FM in PROVIDENCE); REAL PROPERTY CARE (100.3 FM in MIAMI); 330 NW 71ST ST., L.C. (1003 FM in MIAMI); GARY HARRIS dba HARRIS ENTERPRISES (100.3 FM in MIAMI); EMMANUEL M. NOAH (96.7 FM in NORTH PROVIDENCE, RI); DANIEL HILLAIRE (107.7 FM in PAWTUCKET, RI); WILFREDO SANTOS (89.1 FM in FALL RIVER, MA); and EDWIN BORRERO (89.1 FM in FALL RIVER, MA).
Legal ID Problems At The Buzz
In addition, ENTERCOM SACRAMENTO LICENSE, LLC has been served with a Notice of Violation by the FCC for failure to properly air a legal ID on 90's KBZC (106.5 THE BUZZ)/SACRAMENTO on five occasions in the FALL of 2009. The violations occurred on OCTOBER 27-30 and NOVEMBER 12th.
UNIVERSAL BROADCASTING OF NEW YORK received a Notice of Violation for EAS and equipment performance measurement violations at Gospel WTHE-A/MINEOLA, NY; CLEAR CHANNEL's CAPSTAR TX LLC got a Notice of Violation for tower enclosure violations at Talk KENI-A/ANCHORAGE; and SAN LUIS OBISPO BROADCASTING was notified of EAS violations at Adult Standards KKJL-A (THE JEWEL)/SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA.
