Kenny Chesney To Release Expanded iPhone App

BNA/NASHVILLE star KENNY CHESNEY will launch an expanded version of his iPHONE app to iTUNES on APRIL 9th. The app, designed by NASHVILLE-based ALOOMPA, will now allow users to play CHESNEY’s “No Shoes Radio” even when the app is closed and have better sound quality.

CHESNEY said: “The beauty of an a team like ALOOPMA is they don't stop dreaming once they turn the app over. They got that to me - as long as there's music, there's something living and breathing, and we can respond based on that! When the fans gave us feedback, told us what they wanted beyond what they've got, they were totally into figuring out how to do something that other people just weren't doing, which has always sort of been our way.”

CHESNEY will also be on “The OPRAH WINFREY Show” on APRIL 9th, the same day the expanded app is available.
