  CLOVER PARK TECHNICAL COLLEGE noncommercial Top 40 KVTI (I-91)/TACOMA, WA will be operated by WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY's NORTHWEST PUBLIC RADIO under a partnership that launches JUNE 1st, reports the TACOMA NEWS TRIBUNE.
  Under the new management, the station will flip to a mostly-Classical format fed from KRFA/MOSCOW-PULLMAN, WA. In addition, CLOVER PARK will no longer offer a radio broadcast program.
