Radio programming company AUDIENCEBAKERY.COM, LTD has appointed BOB SHANNON VP/Client Services, Large Markets and Major Groups. He will lead the company's efforts to develop and provide programming solutions and services to major radio stations and groups in NORTH AMERICA and EUROPE.
Formerly EVP of TM CENTURY for over 10 years, SHANNON wrote the book, "Turn It Up - American Radio Tales 1946-1996," and was also a contributing editor for ALLACCESS.COM.
"Despite, or maybe because of the sea change occurring all around us, there's never been a more exciting or challenging time to be in media," SHANNON said. "PHIL HALL and the team he's building at AUDIENCE BAKERY have a unique understanding of and a dynamic vision for the role radio will play over the next decade. My three constituencies will be our listeners, our stations and our advertisers. On a personal note, it's great to be working with people I've long respected and who believe in our business and its future.".
"Our commitment is to provide our clients with stellar product that places an emphasis on the value of local, differentiated content," said AUDIENCE BAKERY CEO PHIL HALL. "To accomplish this goal, and to provide the level of service we believe our client's need, our bench strength has to be deep. BOB's unique mix of business and creative know-how underlines that commitment."
SHANNON will be based in SEATTLE and can be reached at (206) 755-5162 or email@example.com.
