Taylor Swift Invites College Group To Perform On ACM Awards

According to THE BOOT blog, BIG MACHINE artist TAYLOR SWIFT recently discovered UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA SAN DIEGO group THE TRITONES on YOUTUBE performing her song “You Belong With Me.” TAYLOR liked the performance so much that she tracked down their student manager to ask them if they’d like to record another of her songs.

THE TRITONES have been invited to perform on the ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS on SUNDAY (4/18) with TAYLOR. The ACM AWARDS will broadcast from the MGM GRAND GARDEN ARENA in LAS VEGAS on APRIL 18th at 8p (ET/PT) on CBS-TV. For more information, see www.acmcountry.com.
