GE Capital Files Complaint In Black Crow Proceeding

GENERAL ELECTRIC CAPITAL has filed a complaint in BLACK CROW MEDIA GROUP's bankruptcy proceedings to reassert its claims to over $38 million in debt and an additional $242,000 in funds that covered the company's payroll. GE has moved to put BLACK CROW in receivership, but BLACK CROW has moved to delay the deadline to submit its reorganization plan until SEPTEMBER 9th.
A hearing on BLACK CROW's motion and another to extend the time to accept or reject unexpired real properety leases is set for APRIL 27th at 1:30p ET in JACKSONVILLE.
