Nick Cannon Honors Times Square 'Hero'

CBS RADIO Top 40/Mainstream WXRK (NOW)/NEW YORK morning host NICK CANNON will be presenting a "CANNON's Hero" plaque to NYC hero DUANE JACKSON, at 12:30p TOMORROW, MAY 6th in TIMES SQUARE.
"Because of DUANE we were saved from another tragedy and he deserves to be honored, we are safe because of his actions," CANNON said. "It is my pleasure to present him with this award."
JACKSON, a VIETNAM veteran who sells T-shirts and souvenirs on the corner on TIMES SQUARE, and a friend spotted the smoking car over the weekend and alerted the authorities. Because of their actions, lives were saved and a terrorist was captured.
