Sources Say No Pay For Months At 98.9 ESPN/San Diego

ALL ACCESS hears of trouble at MEC/CADENA BAJA CALIFORNIA Sports XHMORE (98.9 ESPN) and Spanish Sports XESPN-A (ESPN DEPORTES 800)/SAN DIEGO, where word is circulating that the remaining employees have allegedly not been paid since MARCH 15th.  

The station's sales staff apparently exited two weeks ago, allegedly without receiving final paychecks, and sources indicate that the skeleton staff remaining on board is awaiting payment and has not gotten word about the future of the stations from the corporate office in TIJUANA.

ALL ACCESS' calls to the corporate office were unsuccessful in reaching anyone for comment.  Meanwhile, the stations remain in operation for now with network programming.
