Noncomm CP, Translator Swapped In PA

FOUR RIVERS COMMUNITY BROADCASTING CORPORATION is swapping the construction permit for noncommercial WVBM/MORGANTOWN, PA to HOPE CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF MARLTON, INC. for FM translator W284BF/NEW PROVIDENCE, PA. FOUR RIVERS will also pay HOPE's $641.39 monthly lease on a tower in DOVER, PA from MARCH 1st of this year through the end of the lease term on APRIL 30th, 2013.
In other deals filed with the FCC, WILLIAM AND MARGARET NEECK are selling Oldies WBNM-A/ALEXANDER CITY, AL to the station's former owner, JIMMY JARRELL, for $15,000. JARRELL's CASEY NETWORK, LLC sold the station, then WRFS-A, to JOY CHRISTIAN NETWORK in 2004.
Also, MARIAMANTE ACADEMY, INC. is selling the permit for noncommercial WHMM/SPOTSYLVANIA, VA to LIBERTY UNIVERSITY for $145,000.
And receiver GREG MERRILL has taken KDJQ-A/MERIDIAN, ID off the air again while he is in the process of selling the station to INGLESIA MISIONERA PENTECOTES, INC. for $325,000. MERRILL's application for a silent STA asks the FCC for 90 days, by which the sale is expected to close and the station returned to the air.
