Bono Injured, U2 Concert Dates Postponed

U2 has postponed the first show of their tour after lead singer BONO suffered a back injury. The band was practicing for their upcoming tour in MUNICH, GERMANY, when BONO fell and injured himself. He was rushed to a neurosurgery unit where emergency surgery was performed.
LIVE NATION and the band have confirmed that the tour’s first show in SALT LAKE CITY on JUNE 3rd has been postponed.
A spokesperson for BONO said, "BONO will spend the next few days [in MUNICH] before returning home to recuperate. Once his condition has been assessed further, a statement will be made regarding the impact on forthcoming tour dates."
