Melissa Peterman To Host CMT Red Carpet With Evan Farmer

BIG MACHINE comedienne MELISSA PETERMAN is set to host the CMT MUSIC AWARDS RED CARPET 2010, which will air live on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 9th at 7p (ET/PT) on CMT and CMT.com. PETERMAN and CMT TOP 20 host EVAN FARMER will report live from the carpet with exclusive interviews and a first look at the fashion choices for the award show.
This year, fans can submit their own red carpet questions for consideration to PETERMAN via @Followtheblonde or @FollowCMT on TWITTER. PETERMAN will also serve as backstage correspondent during the 2010 CMT MUSIC AWARDS.
The CMT MUSIC AWARDS will be broadcast live from NASHVILLE’s BRIDGESTONE ARENA on JUNE 9th at 8p (ET) on CMT and CMT.com. The show will be hosted by KID ROCK, featuring performances by TOBY KEITH, LADY ANTEBELLUM, MIRANDA LAMBERT, CARRIE UNDERWOOD, KEITH URBAN and more.
Fans can vote online at vote.cmt.com through JUNE 8th to determine the winners.
