KATZ MARKETING SOLUTIONS has announced the promotion of three executives in NEW YORK CITY. BRIAN MCELROY is upped to SVP/Director of Research, STEPHANIE INTERBARTOLO rises to VP and LIZ STILLMAN is promoted to VP.
