KFMK Price: $6.25 Million

The price for the sale of Contemporary Christian KFMK (105.9 THE RIVER)/ROUND ROCK-AUSTIN, TX to CRISTA BROADCASTING by ALOHA STATION TRUST is $6.25 million, according to the contract filed with the deal application to the FCC. The price was not initially disclosed when the deal was announced last week.
COMMUNITY BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling Oldies KGIW-A and Country KALQ (Q93.5)/ALAMOSA, CO and K276AU/DEL NORTE, CO to EAST SIDE BROADCASTING, LLC for $150,000.
