A federal district court judge has denied GE CAPITAL's emergency motion to stay enforcement of BLACK CROW MEDIA's authorization to get postpetition secured financing pending appeal.
Judge TIMOTHY J. CORRIGAN signed a motion by BLACK CROW to deny GE CAPITAL's motion on MONDAY (6/14). The U.S. Bankruptcy Court had previously denied GE's motion. The move clears the way for BLACK CROW to get $1.5 million in new financing from PAUL STONE.
