Ohio College Station Fined By FCC For Late License Renewal App

OBERLIN COLLEGE STUDENT NETWORK, INC. has been fined $1,200 for a late license renewal application at noncommercial WOBC/OBERLIN, OH. The fine was reduced from $1,500 for a history of compliance with the rules.
In addition, the FCC has, upon a petition for reconsideration, granted the application of SANPETE COUNTY BROADCASTING to move CLassic Hits KLGL (EAGLE 93.7)/RICHFIELD, UT to MOUNT PLEASANT, UT and upheld the denial of a bid by MICRO COMMUNICATIONS, INC. to change the frequency of AC KQMB (formerly KCFM)/LEVAN, UT.
