JoJo's Goal: Make It Wright
July 1, 2010 at 10:46 AM (PT)
CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 KIIS/LOS ANGELES night host JOJO WRIGHT, who also hosts the nationally-syndicated JOJO ON THE RADIO show, has announced a summer-long service initiative: "MAKE IT WRIGHT."
“I was thinking about getting involved with one charity this summer,” said WRIGHT, “and then I thought, ‘why pick just one?’ There are a crazy number of organizations out there doing great things, and I want to help. I’m just one guy, but I’m looking forward to making whatever difference I can, and inspiring others to do the same.”
The daily installments of MAKE IT RIGHT with JOJO will require anywhere from a few minutes to an entire day of JOJO’s time, with events ranging from a simple trip to a local food bank to jumping out of an airplane to raise awareness for cancer research as part of the LEAP FOR LIFE campaign. JOJO’s goal is to lead by example, and ultimately encourage people to give back to their community.
Anyone interested in JOJO’s support is invited to get in touch by making a comment on his FACEBOOK page, replying to @JOJOWRIGHT on TWITTER with the hash tag #MakeitWright, and encouraging their friends and supporters to do the same.
