Moving Into Townsquare?

A source has told ALL ACCESS that TOWNSQUARE MEDIA is in the process of assuming the GAP BROADCASTING and GAP WEST stations, but that the deal has not been finalized. The discussions are ongoing and no final documentation has been signed, yet the source indicates that the parties are "pretty far down the path" towards a resolution.

GAP Pres. GEORGE LAUGHLIN and GAP WEST Pres. ERIK HELLUM are expected to stay on in as-yet unspecified positions. Should this deal come to pass, TOWNSQUARE will have 170 stations in 36 markets.
