CITADEL's SAN FRANCISCO RADIO ASSETS, LLC and AFTRA have reached a Stipulation and Order agreement over severance owed former Talk KSFO-A/SAN FRANCISCO morning man LEE RODGERS under his 2007 contract. The stipulation allows that RODGERS (DARRELL HICKS) "shall have an allowed general unsecured claim in the amount of $237,932.69 for damages arising from rejection of the (Personal Services Agreement)" and us "free to seek and accept employment."
The stipulation will be heard by Judge BURTON R. LIFLAND in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of NEW YORK on AUGUST 2nd.
In a separate move, LIFLAND denied with prejudice the motion of JONATHAN LEE RICHES against CITADEL claiming damages. RICHES, a federal prisoner, has filed over 1,000 lawsuits from prison, where he is serving a sentence for wire fraud.
