STOKES' creditors will get $787,500 less half of the real property taxes paid from the estate.
The buyer is headed by TODD and DAVAR GARDNER, STOKES' neighbors, who won a defamation judgement against him.
IORIO BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Country WNAE-F/CLARENDON, PA to FAMILY LIFE MINSTRIES, INC. for $400,000, contingent on approval by the FCC of a change of the station's community of license to WATTSBURG, PA, moving into the ERIE market.
LANGER BROADCASTING OUTDOORS, INC. is selling the construction permit for WHRH-A/LITHONIA, GA to DANNY WILSON and MARK HARRIS' AM 1360 LLC for $25,000.

And RAMS III is applying for a new AM at SPRINGVILLE, UT (PROVO). The station would use 10,000 watts days and 570 watts nights nondirectional at 1580 AM.
The Commission has also deleted the license and call letters of JLF COMMUNICATIONS' KTON-A/BELTON, TX. The station went silent on DECEMBER 30, 2008, and the Commission revoked the license due to the station being silent for 12 months without obtaining FCC permission. The license revocation was backdated to DECEMBER 31st, 2009.
