CITADEL Oldies WYAY/ATLANTA jock STEVE "BOOMER" SUTTON continues to wait for a kidney transplant. Currently, due to STEVE’s renal failure (advanced and permanent kidney failure), he is on peritoneal dialysis, while he waits for a kidney donor. The cost of a kidney transplant is in excess of $250,000 and the ongoing post-transplant life-changing costs will continue throughout his life.

The latest fundraiser to help BOOMER is set for OCTOBER 4th. Said SUTTON, "We are planning a charity golf tournament at CALLAHAN GOLF LINKS at 1p in WALESKA, GA to raise funds for my kidney transplant. Maybe some of you can come, even if you don’t play golf.
