RADIO ONE Urban AC WMMJ (MY MAJIC 102.3)/WASHINGTON OM JAMILLAH MUHAMMED has tapped CORTNEY HICKS from CUMULUS MEDIA Urban WBLX/MOBILE, AL., for middays. CORTNEY had been MD/APD in addition to her air shift. 

WMMJ has recently undergone major changes in its presentation and music.
