Welpton Joins

Longtime LEX & TERRY Dir./Syndication PETER WELPTON, who resigned last week (NET NEWS 8/18), is changing career paths. He's headed over to the DALLAS MORNING NEWS to work in the Arts & Entertainment division. He will be a marketing and product development manager focusing on their growing world of online products -- web, applications, etc.

WELPTON told ALL ACCESS, "I was asked to consider this move because of my experience working with LEX & TERRY and their leadership in the area of distributing their show via different online mediums. LEX & TERRY, as a show, was one of the first to stream, podcast, develop its own iPHONE app and broadcast via USTREAM. This is an exciting challenge and I'm ready for it."
